GCK Service Pack 5 Hotfix 3 (GCK_SP5_HF3)

This release serves as an update to GCK Service Pack 5. 
  GCK Service Pack 5 must be installed before applying this hotfix. 
  Previous GCK Service Pack 5 HotFixes do not need to be applied before installing this hotfix, all previous SP5 hotfix changes are incorporated into hotfix 3.
  This is a single package release that supports both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.

CAVEAT:  This HF contains an update to the IEDnet service that must be manually applied.  Follow these steps after applying the HF package. 
	1. Browse to c:\IED\Services\.
	2. Rename "I_Base32.exe" to "I_Base32.bak".  Rename "I_Base32.exe.config" to "I_Base32.exe.config.bak".
	3. Copy the contents of the GCK_SP5_HF3_I_Base32.zip file into C:\IED\Services\.
	4. Reboot.

  HF3: Fix erroneous "offline" reporting.
  HF2 (3964): Do not show the "verify IP" warning for routable devices.
  HF2 (3963): Configuration strings are being overwritten when discovering and replacing devices.
  HF2 (3962): Not loading background images on 550 templates.
  HF2 (3960): Not changing IP addresses on DNA's and/or 550's when you press OK and Save.
  HF1 (3898): Allow users to manually adjust the calibration constant on the DNA ambient form.
  HF1 (3937): Problems loading titan mon/test data from the XML.
  HF1 (3954): Fix ability to export takes ("Recorded Messages" and "Chimes").
  HF1 (3955): Allow Cobranet monitor route to stay active after the monitor window is closed.
