TFS4315 - Send IP speaker the codec number specified by the TEL service when routing a TEL source to an IP speaker destination.
TFS4319 - Fix Test Point Data Table corruption when adding external T9160MT48 test points.
TFS4317 - Only send strobe request to IP speakers if the strobe color is not 0.
TFS4310 - Always play the IC request acknowledgment tone as the lowest priority.
